Position: US Voice Process
Requirements: Graduates only, with a minimum of 6 months experience in any customer service role.
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month, with potential earnings up to ₹40,00 in hand.
Benefits: Cab and transport allowance, food provided, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
Schedule: Rotational shifts, including evening, morning, UK, and US shifts. 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills; Bachelor’s degree is required.
