Job Description

HSE Integro Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and organized Female Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and taking messages.
  • Managing scheduling and appointments.
  • Arranging meetings and other events.
  • Managing mail and fax communications.
  • Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and preparing presentations.
  • Negotiating with vendors.
  • Ordering necessary office supplies.
  • Generating leads for the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Requirements:

  • Computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
  • 0 to 6 months of experience.
