Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Banking Associate to join our dynamic team at HRQuadrant. In this role, you will collaborate with banking partners to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Your responsibilities include conducting follow-ups, cross-selling products, and educating clients on financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, at least 1 year of sales experience, and excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of ₹20,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
