Job Description
HRQuadrant is seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Team Leader to recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance agents. Responsibilities include providing leadership, conducting performance evaluations, and setting sales targets. You will build relationships with agents and clients to identify sales opportunities while ensuring compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA preferred), at least 1 year of sales experience in the insurance industry, and a proven record of achieving targets.
This is a full-time position with a salary of ₹20,00.00 – ₹33,00.00 per month, including benefits.
