Job Description
Hotel Gowtham is seeking an experienced Executive Chef with expertise in South Indian, Indo-Chinese, and Continental cuisines. Preference will be given to candidates skilled in South Indian, especially Kongu cuisine.
Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, hiring and training staff, controlling costs, and maintaining recipe management. This full-time position offers a salary of ₹40,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month, with accommodation, meals, paid time off, and yearly bonuses.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of culinary experience and be proficient in Tamil. Reliable commuting or relocation to Coimbatore is required.
