Job Description
Join Hotel Gowtham as a Hotel Front Office Executive!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Checkin/Checkout using Hotel Management System Software
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by courteously handling complaints
- Coordinating cleaning and maintenance with the housekeeping team
- Managing the cash register during your shift
- Assisting with restaurant/bar cashier duties when needed
- Supporting the Hotel manager with stock management and billing
Work shifts: Day (8:30 AM – 7:30 PM) and Night (7 PM – 9 AM). Benefits include complimentary food, shared accommodation, and a salary ranging from ₹13,00 to ₹15,00 per month.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
