• Maintaining equipment uptime over 99% through preventive and predictive maintenance monitoring.
• Overseeing the efficient operation and upkeep of essential electrical equipment including transformers and generators.
• Conducting thermography studies to address critical points promptly.
• Being audit-ready for plant and facility assessments at all times and ensuring compliance with GMP training schedules.
• Managing critical spare parts inventory to reduce equipment downtime while promoting safety and quality standards.
