Job Description
Harris Computer Systems is seeking a highly motivated EMR Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to US doctors and clinical staff. Your responsibilities will include receiving, analyzing, and processing requests submitted via email, cases, voicemails, and inbound calls.
You will troubleshoot errors on the EMR application and assist clinical staff and physicians with workflow issues. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to handle problem-solving involving multiple variables in both standard and unusual situations. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
