Job Description
The Gregorian Institute of Technology is seeking a dedicated Boys Hostel Warden with a minimum of 2 years of experience in management or residential administration. Additional certifications in conflict resolution or hospitality management are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure safety.
- Enforce rules and maintain order.
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance.
- Ensure resident safety and manage emergencies.
- Act as a liaison between students and administration.
- Organize recreational activities.
- Coordinate maintenance and supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
