Job Description
Join Global Industrial, a leader in providing industrial equipment and supplies for over 70 years. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist customers via phone, web, fax, or mail. In this role, you will help sell our extensive range of products, provide basic customer support, prepare and follow up on quotes, and maintain sales orders.
Candidates should have 2+ years of sales or call center experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Being detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Knowledge of French is a plus!
