Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls from various countries, providing product and service support.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good analytical abilities. Must be able to interact and respond to customer inquiries.
Able to work in rotational and night shifts.
Salary Range: INR 3.0 L.P.A to 5.0 L.P.A + incentives
Eligibility: 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory. Experience documents required.
This is an in-office position. No work from home.
