Job Description
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process
Salary Package: ₹3.9 LPA to ₹4.7 LPA
Work Schedule: 5 Working Days, 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift Timing: Rotational Night Shifts
Cab Facility: 2 Way up to 30 KM radius
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice calls for international clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
