Job Description
Fruges IT Services is expanding our team and hiring for the position of International Customer Support Associate. This role is based in Hitech City, Hyderabad.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in International Inbound Calls is mandatory.
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Salary: Competitive package up to ₹4.7 LPA, with a monthly pay between ₹28,00.00 – ₹31,00.00.
Work Schedule: Full-time with night rotational shifts, 5 days a week, including 2 rotational week-offs.
Transport: Complimentary 2-way cab facility within a 30km radius.
Benefits: Includes health insurance and Provident Fund.
Requirements
