Job Description
Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Intercompany Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Com/MBA with at least 3 years of experience, or be CA/ICWA/CMA Inter qualified with 1-2 years of work experience. Strong accounting, communication, and analytical skills are essential. The candidate should be capable of handling process-related inquiries independently and exhibit a mindset focused on continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities include managing the Europe Intercompany Consol Receivable process, handling collection activities, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP will be beneficial.
