Flairdeck Consulting is seeking an Associate Manager for our Product Support team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Product Support Representatives, assisting customers with application usage, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service. A background in Payroll, Human Resources, or similar domains is preferred.
Qualifications include 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in team management. Must have experience in US Voice Process and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
