Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Receptionist/Telecaller at Expert Institute of Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role involves:
- Outbound Calls: Reaching out to customers to inform them about our services/products or conducting surveys.
- Inbound Calls: Assisting customers seeking information or help.
As a Sales Telecaller, you will focus on promoting our products and services to drive sales.
