Job Description
Elite Services India is hiring for the position of Under Writer. We have 2 open positions available for candidates who possess a strong understanding of mortgage processes.
Key Details:
- Non-Voice Position
- Working Hours: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM (US Market)
- Open to Outstation Candidates
Must Know:
- Collection accounts and mortgage payment defaults
- Waiting periods for all bankruptcy chapters
- Understanding of IRA income qualifications and condo questionnaires
- Appraisal zoning and types of approaches in appraisal
- Liquidity ratio calculations
- Solar lien implications at closing
