Job Description
Elite Services India is seeking talented individuals for the position of Underwriter. We have 2 open positions available for non-voice roles, with working hours from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM (US Market time). We welcome candidates from outstations as well.
Applicants should possess knowledge in the following areas: collection accounts, mortgage payment defaults and limits, waiting periods for all chapters, self-employment with S corporations, definitions of garnishment, types of property, IRA income qualifications, condo questionnaires, zoning on appraisal, appraisal approaches, withdrawal terms for reserves, liquidity ratio calculations, solar liens, and utilities in appraisal.
