Job Description
Eduport Academy is seeking a Mentorship Trainer to enhance our mentorship quality across campuses. In this role, you will train, equip, and onboard new student mentors, ensuring they align with our mentorship philosophy.
Key responsibilities include conducting structured training programs, guiding mentors on tracking student progress, and continuously improving training content based on feedback.
We seek candidates with 2-4+ years of experience in mentorship or teaching roles, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for student growth.
The position is full-time, with a salary range of ₹9,783.68 – ₹25,00.00 per month, requiring reliable commuting or relocation to Kozhikode, Kerala.
