Job Description
What you’ll do: You will manage order processes by receiving, reviewing, and completing Purchase Orders (POs) in various ERP systems, acting as a Proofer/Auditor to avoid external discrepancies. You will ensure accurate order entry, communicate proactively with customers, maintain organized order files, and support Eaton’s goals and ethics.
Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask and adapt.
