Job Description
Eagle Fleet Services Private Limited (Red Taxi) is seeking a diligent Customer Support Associate to join our team in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer needs, and provide effective solutions. A Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Tamil and English, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems are required.
Full-time positions offer a salary between ₹14,500.00 and ₹16,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Shifts available: Day, Evening, Night. Expected start date: 08/04/2025.
