Job Description
Dtech Information Technology and Outsourcing Pvt. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding team. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM tools, preparing price quotations, and assisting UAE-based clients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in logistics, 1-5 years of customer service experience, strong pricing knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools, and excellent organizational skills. Full-time position with a starting pay of ₹18,00.00/month.
