Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Counselor to join our team at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in academic, individual, group, and clinical counseling, with a strong commitment to patient care.
Your responsibilities will include counseling patients based on doctors’ reports, coordinating with consultants regarding surgeries, explaining procedures and tariffs in detail, maintaining daily reports, and following up with patients throughout their treatment journey. Familiarity with TPA/Insurance processes is a plus.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month, with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
