Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Dnata. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first call resolution for customer inquiries and supporting our online booking engine.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer service, meeting revenue and service targets, and staying updated on our products and policies. You will also play a vital role in maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹500,00.00 – ₹550,00.00 per year. Rotational shifts are required, and proficiency in English is preferred.
