Job Description

We urgently require several candidates for our international BPO at Burdwan, West Bengal. The position of Process Associate calls for individuals with strong internet navigation and keyboard skills, proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools, and a basic understanding of English for video and written instructions.

Candidates must be comfortable with changing shifts, particularly night shifts. We offer competitive salary packages starting from ₹7,238.00 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, and supplemental pay options including overtime pay, performance bonuses, and shift allowances.

This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
