We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join DESIGN TREE. You will generate leads, identify clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide policy recommendations. Building strong client relationships and meeting sales targets are key components of the role.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience is preferred; freshers welcome.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or Plus Two.
Compensation: ₹14,00 – ₹25,00 per month with performance-based incentives.
Expected hours: 15-21 per week.
