Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide essential support to delivery teams and clients by managing various elements of the client lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and campaign coordination. The Media Operations Executive will ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, maintaining quality standards and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support campaign timelines and operational needs.
– Maintain relationships across Media Operations and partners.
– Assist in continuous improvement for client and campaign delivery.
– Execute campaign setup, traffic, launch, and optimization.
– Manage client billing and reconcile supplier invoices.
– Create client performance reports from data analysis.
