Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide specialist support and coordination in implementing Talent/Leadership and Organisation Development Strategy at Dentsu. You will support talent programmes aligned with global standards and deadlines, contributing to areas such as Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
Key responsibilities include developing local Talent and Organisation Development plans, driving implementation activities, networking with line managers, gathering feedback, and collaborating with external partners.
Location: DGS India – Bengaluru – Manyata N1 Block
