Covermatch is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our Kochi office. This role involves managing client queries from the UAE, processing insurance quotes, and facilitating communication between clients and our internal teams. We invite fresh graduates with strong communication skills and computer proficiency to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries about insurance products and claims.
- Accurately process and prepare insurance quotes.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams for client support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (freshers welcome).
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM familiarity is an advantage.
