Job Description
We are urgently hiring for the position of “Phone Banking Officer” at Corporate Hub, located in Malad West Mindspace.
Salary: ₹26,00 to ₹34,00 + incentives + overtime.
Qualifications: HSC with 6 months experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Basic computer skills and CRM proficiency.
