Job Description
Chandra Honda is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to enhance our customer relationships and streamline service operations. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, assist with service requests, and escalate unresolved issues effectively.
Your responsibilities will include providing customer support, sending reminders, and maintaining customer engagement through thoughtful communication such as birthday wishes and service notifications.
