Job Description
The Resourcing Assistant will represent Capita throughout the hiring process, ensuring high levels of candidate engagement and experience. Working closely under the direction of the Resourcing Delivery Manager, you will support the Resourcing Specialist group to hire entry-level talent.
Key responsibilities include providing exceptional candidate support, understanding best practices related to Diversity & Inclusion, and maintaining strong communication to build rapport with candidates. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with processes related to documentation and pre-employment screening.
