Job Description
The role of an Apprentice within the Employee Relations team at Capita involves providing essential administrative support and initial HR advice to managers and employees regarding various employment-related issues. You will ensure service standards and operational performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve low-level ER queries such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absenteeism.
- Log and manage cases accurately in the case management system.
- Process HR mail promptly and maintain secure personnel records in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
- Generate ER letters and assist with redundancy calculations as needed.
