Job Description
Capgemini is looking for a motivated Associate Industrialization Shared Services Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and packaging assets and services, while ensuring the mutualization of resources. You will perform operational support for deployed assets and services according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and economic measures. You will also oversee the supervision and compliance of assets and services while measuring key performance metrics.
As an Industrialization Shared Services Associate, you will execute support activities within shared services operations and service delivery, working closely under the guidance of Shared Service Managers.
