The individual will perform reviews on fraud alerts (such as in-clearing checks, deposited checks, newly opened accounts, and online transactions) as referred by fraud strategies. The role requires assessing account activity for fraud risk indicators and using analytical judgment to evaluate potential customer impact, deciding on appropriate fraud risk mitigation measures.
The Team Member will manage various queues following standard procedures to ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency. This position falls under Client Protection operations and involves handling VISA & Master Card transactions, ATM fees, cheque fraud, and potential chargebacks, in accordance with Visa regulations.
