Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Semi Company Secretary to join our team at BALAJI FURNITECH. The successful candidate will be responsible for convening and administering annual general meetings, staying updated on regulatory changes, and ensuring our policies are compliant.

- Maintaining statutory registers.
- Filing essential documents with Companies House.
- Organising board meetings and taking minutes.
