Job Description
Austren Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Telecalling and Documentation. This role involves two key areas:
Telecalling:
- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Handle incoming calls, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and suggest suitable solutions.
- Record call details and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Documentation:
- Coordinate with government bodies to process subsidy claims for solar installations.
- Prepare KSEB documentation for approvals related to solar projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
