Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate in the receptionist role. The ideal candidate will warmly welcome patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone, while efficiently handling inquiries.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and managing the flow of appointments. You will comfort patients by addressing their concerns and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
Additionally, you will manage patient records, update personal and financial information, and assist patients in distress during emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
Schedule: Rotational shift
