Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Representative to join our team at ASSPL – Telangana. The L2 Associate serves as the main link between Amazon and our delivery partners, representing Amazon in a professional manner. Responsibilities include addressing delivery partner concerns, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting process improvements.
Basic qualifications include a degree from a recognized university, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage sensitive cases, and familiarity with Microsoft applications. Preferred qualifications include experience in logistics and proficiency in Excel.
