Job Description
Anta Builder’s and Developers Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous manner. You will manage phone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication.
Your duties will include overseeing the reception area, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Additionally, you will assist in taking minutes of meetings and managing appointments and conference schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Work Location: In person
