Job Description
Addon Jobs is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Assigning housekeeping tasks and ensuring cleanliness standards.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staff replacements.
- Handling complaints and providing staff training.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Screening applicants and handling promotions or dismissals.
- Performing cleaning duties when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00/month
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass preferred) | Experience: 2 years supervising preferred | Language: Malayalam preferred
