Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Order to Cash Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire order processing cycle, from order entry to payment collection.
Your duties will include confirming orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely invoicing. You will also address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to billing and payments.
