Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to manage and maintain positive relationships with our customers at Abj Associates.
Salary: ₹17,00 to ₹25,00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
