Job Description
- Need strict Adherence to time/duty schedules
- Answer calls and tag call records for necessary actions
- To handle the calls within the prescribed SLA
- To maintain quality of calls
- Need to be updated with the current product and process information’s
- Must follow proper dress code and floor discipline
- Try to prepare elevations with the help of TL’s
- Job Descriptions will be subjected to change on changes to the process
