Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office Admin to join our team at LEAP ROBOTS LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, greeting guests, and managing daily office cleanliness. You will maintain administrative records, coordinate with vendors, and monitor office supplies.
Key responsibilities include processing monthly salaries, preparing invoices, managing bill payments, and assisting in GST documentation. You will also perform general office tasks, including handling calls and emails.
