We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our finance team at BALAJI FURNITECH. The successful candidate will manage the billing process, ensuring timely invoice generation, verifying account information, and resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate invoices promptly.
- Maintain billing records and client accounts.
- Coordinate for correct billing data.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and collect payments.
- Address billing-related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
