Job Description
Homework Living, a premium furniture brand known for its contemporary designs, is expanding in Kerala. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive for our Calicut location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and online.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture.
- Update customers on order status.
- Handle feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain customer records in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years in customer service.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
