Job Description
Bright Bridge Infotech is seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Executive with experience in rooftop solar energy solutions. You will engage with potential customers, explain our offerings, and support our sales team through regular follow-ups and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily.
- Explain solar installation solutions and gather site information.
- Conduct site visits and assess installation suitability.
- Update CRM with lead status and interactions.
- Assist in deal closures and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in solar industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of solar systems and installation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
