Job Description
Abe Services Private Limited, a leading overseas educational consultancy accredited with AAERI in Cochin, is seeking a motivated Front Office Executive (Females) with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk activities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle phone calls and manage reception areas professionally.
- Maintain client records and update files efficiently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year front desk experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
