Process: Transunion Cibil (Non-Voice)
Shift Timing:
Girls: 8 AM – 8 PM | Boys: 24/7 rotational shifts (Any 9 hours)
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off.
Roles: Handle inquiries/requests/complaints, analyze data, learn cross-domain processes.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in grievance handling in BFSI, Graduate.
Salary: ₹24,00 – ₹28,00 monthly, based on experience.
